WOGA is honored to have Kelsey Wasylenky, Shareholder at Jost Energy Law, P.C., present on the recent adoption of the Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission’s Mission Change Rules, which are scheduled to become effective on January 15, 2021. The COGCC Mission Change Rules rewrite the regulation of oil and gas development in Colorado to align with the Commission’s mission to regulate oil and gas to be protective of public health, safety, welfare, the environment, and wildlife resources.
