Meet Our Board of Directors

Chris Prah

Technical Lunch Coordinator

Who knew back in the early 1990s, “living in a van down by the river” might turn out to be true for Chris one day! #RVlife for the last few years has allowed Chris and her wife and their happy-go-puppy, Houston rescue dog named Juniper the ability to work, network, and play wherever opportunities arise. As a biologist turned business co-founder, Chris fills her days and time with outdoor adventures and business/leadership conversations. This all makes for a spontaneous life that allows Chris to see and experience different landscapes, cultures, and communities, from the Gulf Coast to the Midwest, from the western mountains to the Great Plains. Along the way she can’t help but pick up petrified wood, cool rocks, and maybe even an animal skull if she is lucky! These treasures serve as memories of places encountered and life lived! Got RV life or entrepreneurship questions for Chris? Ask away!

Jamie Dandar McKinney

When Jamie is not sharing tools to empower women in leadership, she loves
spending time outside. Originally an Ohioan, she considers the mountains to
be an “outdoor playground for big kids.” You may also find her at local
restaurants as she pursues her quest to find the perfect Brussels sprout.
Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg is a source of continued source
of inspiration to Jamie and ‘Progress Over Perfection’ is one of her
guiding mantras.

Kat Mann

Lean In Director

Kat Mann grew up in Rock Island, IL and moved to the Denver area by way of Casper, WY.  Kat has been a passionate member of the Rockies Oil & Gas community for over twenty-five years.  Depending on the time of year, you’re most likely to find her on a road bike, mountain bike, snowshoes, cross county skis, golf course or a hiking trail.  Any of these may be followed by a stop for local live music and a tasty craft beverage.

Tien Do

Technical Lunch Coordinator

Tien loves to make connections and support women in the energy industry. She is energized by making positive impacts in her community and doing outdoor activities with her family. Tien also enjoys yoga and meditation which helps her to stay centered. Her favorite quote is: “Life is best lived by focusing on your goals and dancing through all other attractions”

Maureen Evenson

Maureen Evenson is a recent Denver transplant who is passionate about supporting women in the Oil & Gas industry and inspiring the next generation of girls and women in STEM. Outside of work, you can find Maureen listening to punk rock, hitting the gym, skiing, and nerding out over all things fashion. Her bucket list includes skiing Corbet’s, sneaking into fashion week, and visiting every National Park.

Journee Strother

Journee grew up in Central Louisiana and now resides in the Houston, Texas area. She is passionate about supporting and empowering women and is thrilled to be a part of WOGA to continue to learn from and connect with other women in the industry. When Journee isn’t working, her hobbies include going to the lake, fishing, painting, reading, and is a self-described live music enthusiast.

Danielle Cook

Danielle Cook grew up in several places (Texas, Louisiana, Colorado), and moved to Denver for college and never left. She’s been in the oil and gas industry for the last for the last sixteen years and worked prior for a couple of years in medical research. She joined WOGA 5 years ago, and has enjoyed being part of a wonderful, empowering, and supportive group of women. She enjoys sharing her experiences as a working mom, and helping to motivate other women as they grow within their careers. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family (two children, husband, and two dogs) and friends, and enjoys yoga, running and skiing.
