Meet Our Officers

Kat Mann

President

Kat Mann grew up in Rock Island, IL and moved to the Denver area by way of Casper, WY.  Kat has been a passionate member of the Rockies Oil & Gas community for over twenty-five years.  Depending on the time of year, you’re most likely to find her on a road bike, mountain bike, snowshoes, cross county skis, golf course or a hiking trail.  Any of these may be followed by a stop for local live music and a tasty craft beverage.

Chris Prah

Vice President & Technical Luncheon Director

Who knew back in the early 1990s, “living in a van down by the river” might turn out to be true for Chris one day! #RVlife for the last few years has allowed Chris and her wife and their happy-go-puppy, Houston rescue dog named Juniper the ability to work, network, and play wherever opportunities arise. As a biologist turned business co-founder, Chris fills her days and time with outdoor adventures and business/leadership conversations. This all makes for a spontaneous life that allows Chris to see and experience different landscapes, cultures, and communities, from the Gulf Coast to the Midwest, from the western mountains to the Great Plains. Along the way she can’t help but pick up petrified wood, cool rocks, and maybe even an animal skull if she is lucky! These treasures serve as memories of places encountered and life lived! Got RV life or entrepreneurship questions for Chris? Ask away!

Meet Our Board of Directors

Jamie Dandar McKinney

Golf Clinic Advisor, Support

Jamie is an award winning coach, speaker and author of Speak Up, Sister! When she is not sharing tools to empower women in leadership, she loves spending time outside. Originally from Ohio, she considers the mountains to be an “outdoor playground for big kids.” You may also find her at local restaurants as she pursues her quest to find the perfect Brussels sprout. Two of her guiding mantras are “I can. I will. I am.” and “Progress Over Perfection.”

Tien Do

Co-Director Lean In & Sponsorship Director

Tien Do, founder and CEO of InDZone Consulting, is focused on advancing safe, sustainable, and affordable energy solutions. Her journey began in a remote village that did not have electricity, instilling in her a profound appreciation for energy access and its role in enhancing quality of life. Do’s expertise is honed through roles at both E&P and service companies, including roles as Director of Operations at Nine Band Operating; a completions advisor at Whiting Petroleum where she specialized in completions optimization and frac geometry control. Her 8 years at SLB in operations and completions involved diverse stimulation projects across US basins. Beyond her professional pursuits, Do is a board director for the Colorado Women in Oil and Gas Association.

Danielle Cook

Co-Director Lean In

Danielle Cook grew up in several places (Texas, Louisiana, Colorado), and moved to Denver for college and never left. She’s been in the oil and gas industry for the last for the last sixteen years and worked prior for a couple of years in medical research. She joined WOGA 5 years ago, and has enjoyed being part of a wonderful, empowering, and supportive group of women. She enjoys sharing her experiences as a working mom, and helping to motivate other women as they grow within their careers. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family (two children, husband, and two dogs) and friends, and enjoys yoga, running and skiing.

Journee Strother

Marketing Co-Director

Journee grew up in Central Louisiana and now resides in the Houston, Texas area. She is passionate about supporting and empowering women and is thrilled to be a part of WOGA to continue to learn from and connect with other women in the industry. When Journee isn’t working, her hobbies include going to the lake, fishing, painting, reading, and is a self-described live music enthusiast.

Saren Holland

Assistant to the Treasurer

Saren is passionate about breaking the gender roles and empowering women to be and become their best selves. She is excited to be a part of such a wonderful organization that allows for so many networking opportunities. A Denver area native, she enjoys spending her free time with her two boys, paddleboarding, camping, attending festivals, dancing to live music, and going to museums, particularly obscure ones found on random adventures.
