The Women in Oil and Gas Association is a non-profit 501c (3) organization that was established in 2013 with the intention to provide various opportunities to mentor and encourage all women in the oil and gas industry.

Our Vision

Our goal is to enhance the energy community, develop and encourage our next generation of leaders, and support energy sector occupations. WOGA’s ambition is to build synergies with our colleagues through collaboration and collective intelligence to develop personal and professional skill-sets.

Kat Mann

President

Kat Mann grew up in Rock Island, IL, and eventually settled in the Denver area after spending time in Casper, WY. With over 25 years of active involvement in the Rockies Oil & Gas community, Kat has developed a deep connection to the industry and her peers. Outside of work, she embraces Colorado’s outdoor lifestyle. Depending on the season, you’ll find her road biking, mountain biking, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, golfing, or hiking. After an active day outdoors, Kat enjoys winding down with live music and a craft beverage from a local spot. Her passion for people, community, and the environment reflects in all aspects of her life and leadership.

Danielle Cook

Vice President

Danielle Cook, Product Manager at Helmerich and Payne, specializes in wellbore placement and drilling optimization, advancing oil and gas efficiency with 18+ years of experience. A dedicated WOGA member for seven years, she now serves as Vice President, supporting mentorship and professional growth for women in the industry. Passionate about empowering others, Danielle mentors women, especially working moms. Outside work, she enjoys family time with her husband, two kids, and two dogs, and stays active with yoga, running, and skiing. Living in Denver, Danielle finds balance in her dynamic career and personal life, fostering community and innovation alike.

Emily Jenkins

Secretary

Emily came to Colorado to attend Colorado State University (Go Rams!) and has called Colorado home ever since. Her dedication to improving the environment has led her to the Oil and Gas industry as an air and stormwater consultant with Aquionix. After coming to WOGA meetings with a coworker, she quickly became an active member and has become very passionate about continuing WOGA’s initiative of collaboration, mentorship, and growth for women across the energy sector. Outside of her professional work, Emily enjoys mastering the art of sourdough baking, skiing in the mountains, and reading with her cat.

Deanna Duell

Treasurer

With 25 years of experience, Deanna Duell offers specialized business and accounting consulting services to the upstream oil and gas sector. Her deep financial expertise plays a key role in helping companies navigate the complexities of the energy industry, ensuring they remain efficient and sustainable. Deanna’s involvement with WOGA reflects her passion for advancing the organization’s mission, where she supports growth and fosters financial stability. She is dedicated to empowering energy companies with strategic insights and helping them succeed in a dynamic market. Deanna’s commitment to professional excellence strengthens both WOGA and the industry she has served for decades.

Marketing Director & Co Lean In Director

Kelly Saucedo, a dedicated board member of the Women in Oil and Gas Association (WOGA), serves as the Marketing Director, helping to promote the organization’s mission and events. With over 20 years of experience in business development and leadership—more than 10 of those in the energy sector—Kelly is passionate about empowering women and fostering collaboration. As Vice President of Operations and Business Development at On Pointe Consulting LLC, a women-owned natural resource consulting firm, Kelly applies her expertise in relationship building to support WOGA initiatives. Her strategic leadership aligns with WOGA’s mission to mentor, uplift, and inspire the next generation of women in energy.

Camille Romero

On Boarding Director & Co Lean In Director

Camille is the founder of “How’s it Working?”, a human-centric practice focused on leadership coaching, leadership development programs & experiences, and culture evolution consulting. As a driven, authentic leader, she builds strong teams by developing an environment where everyone can bring their best selves, achieving results while having fun. Energized by finding solutions in any context, Camille grew up in New Mexico, lived in Chicago and is now happy to have landed in Denver. She loves going on adventures with her husband and dog, whether it’s a hike in the mountains or a quiet night at home. Camille loves to cook and bake for friends and family, and is always up to try something new. She’s excited to be a part of WOGA, and looks forward to adding her expertise to the group of exceptional women that lead the organization.

Peighton Crawford

Membership Director

Peighton Crawford joins WOGA as the Memberships Director, where she is responsible for managing and growing memberships, overseeing member communications and engagement, and maintaining the member database. With a passion for leadership, professional development, strategic planning, and empowerment, Peighton’s values align closely with WOGA’s mission to foster a supportive and dynamic community. When she’s not at work, Peighton loves spending time with her husband and son, taking full advantage of all the amazing things Colorado has to offer.

MaryBeth Clifford

Technical Lunch Co-Director

MaryBeth Clifford, a Colorado native, shifted to the energy sector in 2013 after a thriving career in education and administration, where she developed exceptional project management expertise and a keen eye for detail. Returning to her home state in 2021, she joined WOGA, inspired by its mission to empower and support women in the energy industry. A devoted mother of four, MaryBeth is passionate about balancing family and career, approaching both with unwavering determination and grace. She deeply values the supportive community at WOGA, where meaningful connections inspire her continuous personal and professional growth.

Amelia Dias Da Silva

Technical Lunch Co-Director

Amelia Dias Da Silva, PMI-PgMP, PMI-PMP, TOGAF 9.1, is a seasoned Digital Transformation Leader and Business Process Architect with deep expertise in IT project management, ERP, AI/ML, and enterprise architecture. She has led multi-million-dollar programs, optimized operations, and delivered strategic digital solutions across the energy and tech sectors. Known for her structured, agile approach and cross-functional leadership, Amelia drives innovation and efficiency through data analytics and emerging technologies. Chris Odell

Chris Odell has spent her 30-year oil and gas career in Denver. Ashley Glassman

Ashley Glassman is a Colorado native who has been practicing as an attorney in the energy industry for the past 12 years. Her experience includes drafting title opinions, negotiating the purchase or sale of oil and gas assets such as mineral interests, leases, wells and rights of way, and running due diligence projects for large companies. She is passionate about mentorship and creating pathways for women to succeed in a male-dominated industry. Alicia Cartmell is a seasoned Human Resources professional currently serving an engineering firm in Colorado. She is passionate about building healthy, people-centered workplaces and brings a leadership style grounded in kindness, integrity, and joy.
A proud Colorado native with strong roots in the Wyoming community, Alicia is incredibly honored to support WOGA’s mission of empowering women in the oil and gas industry across the region.

Outside of her professional role, Alicia is a wife and proud mother of four. She enjoys homesteading with her 6 crazy chickens, learning to garden, hiking with her Golden Retriever mix Freya, and baking cupcakes and baked goods as often as she can frequently with a kid or two as her sous-chefs. A former barrel racer, she’s no stranger to grit, hard work and perseverance, qualities she brings to every area of her life.

Tien Do, founder and CEO of InDZone Consulting, champions sustainable, safe, and affordable energy solutions. Born in a village without electricity, Tien developed a lifelong appreciation for the importance of energy access.
