December Tech Lunch - COGCC MISSION CHANGE RULES Join WOGA for the last Tech Lunch of the year!!! Kelsey Wasylenky, Shareholder at Jost Energy Law, P.C., will present on the recent adoption of the Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission’s Mission Change Rules, which are scheduled to become effective on January 15, 2021. The COGCC Mission Change Rules rewrite the regulation of oil and gas development in Colorado to align with the Commission’s mission to regulate oil and gas to be protective of public health, safety, welfare, the environment, and wildlife resources. Kelsey will walk us through the more significant rule changes that have been adopted by the Commission and the impacts that these Rules will have on all facets of oil and gas development going forward. The Wild Animal Sanctuary is a permanent home for rescued Lions, Tigers, Jaguars, Bears, Bobcats, Wolves, Camels, Foxes, Lamas and even a Bison.  These animals often have endured horrible conditions and lives before arriving at the Sanctuary.  The Sanctuary receives no Government Funding.
