Lean In Luncheon - November 16 Natalie Fairchild: Defining Success For You Natalie Fairchild is Founder and Chief Inspirational Officer of Pacific Perks Coffee! She grew up in the Pacific Northwest, however spent 13 years in the Denver area. For the past 15 plus years she has been leading her company to growth year after year (minus 2020 ;o)). She contributes her success to surrounding herself with the right people, doing what she says she is going to do and being committed to a balanced life. Lean In Luncheon - October 19 Danielle Cook: Work-Life Balance: What Does it Mean to You? Danielle has worked in the oil and gas industry for 16 years (10.5 at Baker Hughes & 5.5 at Helmerich & Payne). Her experience has been in upstream, specifically in well design, survey management, tech sales, rig sales, and most recently product management (overseeing 4-products). Beyond her career, she is a wife to her husband Joe (celebrating 12 years of marriage this month), they have two beautiful children (Colton & Grace) and a quirky dog (Oliver, a heeler mix). Her favorite hobbies include spending time with her her family, running, skiing, yoga, and enjoying the mountains.
