JANUARY LEAN IN CIRCLE LUNCH:  Keynote Speaker Sommer Grandchamp Join us for our First Lean In of 2019! We have a great keynote speaker! Sommer founded EmpowerDenver in 2017 with a goal to create a business conference for working women in Denver where they can exercise their leadership skills in the workplace. She combined women from corporate and entrepreneurship career paths to collaborate and relate on the challenges they experience as women in their field. She is passionate about giving women a voice in the business world and hopes to spread awareness of the issues that minorities face in today's corporate structure. Sommer also works in IT Project Management in the Tech industry.
