President

Danielle Cook grew up across Texas, Louisiana, and Colorado, ultimately making Denver her home. As a Product Manager at Helmerich and Payne, she specializes in wellbore placement and drilling optimization, driving innovation that enhances efficiency across the oil and gas industry. With more than 18 years of experience spanning well design, sales, and product management, Danielle brings a broad and strategic perspective to her work. A dedicated WOGA board member for seven years, Danielle serves as President, actively supporting the organization’s mission through leadership, mentorship, and community building. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her husband, two children, and two dogs, and stays active through yoga, running, and skiing.

Vice President, Associate Director – Lean In

Kat Mann brings more than 30 years of experience in the Rockies oil and gas community, along with a deep commitment to leadership, mentorship, and organizational health. Having lived in Rock Island, IL; Casper, WY; and now the Denver area for 24 years, Kat values strong professional relationships and collaborative leadership. As Vice President of WOGA and Associate Director of the Lean In program, Kat helps guide strategy, accountability, and cross-committee collaboration. Outside of work, she embraces Colorado’s outdoor lifestyle—biking, skiing, hiking, camping, and golfing—and enjoys discovering new live music talent and local craft beverages.

Emily Jenkins came to Colorado to attend Colorado State University and has called it home ever since. Her passion for environmental stewardship led her to the oil and gas industry, where she works as an air and stormwater consultant with Aquionix. After attending WOGA events with a coworker, Emily quickly became an engaged member and now serves as Secretary, supporting governance, documentation, and organizational continuity. Outside of work, she enjoys sourdough baking, skiing in the mountains, and curling up with a good book and her cat.

With over 25 years of experience, Deanna Duell provides specialized business and accounting consulting services to the upstream oil and gas sector. Her deep financial expertise helps companies navigate complex regulatory and operational environments while remaining efficient and sustainable. As Treasurer, Deanna plays a key role in supporting WOGA’s financial health and long-term stability. She is passionate about advancing women in energy and empowering organizations through strategic insight, fiscal discipline, and professional excellence.

Chelsea Kessler brings a competitive spirit and people-focused approach to her role as Assistant Treasurer. A former Division I collegiate softball player, her passion for coaching and development led her to a career in financial advising. As a Financial Advisor with Eagle Strategies, a subsidiary of New York Life Insurance Company, Chelsea helps individuals, families, and business owners build comprehensive financial strategies. She believes education is foundational to empowerment and brings that philosophy to her work with WOGA.

Kathleen Phillips is a financial professional dedicated to helping families and business owners achieve clarity and confidence through sound financial planning. Inspired by personal experience, she focuses on education-driven strategies that support long-term stability and growth. An advisor with Eagle Strategies, LLC, Kathleen holds an MBA from CU Denver and brings a strong operations background to her governance role. She also serves on the board of the Rocky Mountain Alliance Children’s Foundation, supporting children and families across Colorado.

Kelly Saucedo is the Founder of Kelsa Corp, a business development and marketing consultancy helping organizations grow through bold strategy and authentic connection. She also works in business development at ATS Welding, supporting complex industrial and energy projects with a relationship-first mindset. With more than 20 years of experience in sales and marketing, including 10 years in oil and gas, Kelly leads WOGA’s marketing strategy and Lean In programming. She is passionate about mentorship, leadership development, and building people-centered cultures where women can grow and thrive.

Outside of work, Peighton enjoys spending time with her husband and son and making the most of Colorado’s outdoor lifestyle.

Amelia Dias Da Silva is a Digital Transformation Leader and Business Process Architect with expertise in IT project management, enterprise architecture, and AI/ML implementation. She has led major initiatives across energy and technology sectors, driving operational efficiency and innovation. As WOGA’s Onboarding Director, Amelia focuses on welcoming new members and creating strong foundations for engagement. Outside of work, she is a certified Taekwondo and Yoga Sculpt instructor who enjoys cooking and building community.

As Co-Director of WOGA’s Technical Lunch program, MaryBeth helps create accessible, informative programming that supports professional growth. She is passionate about inclusion, mentorship, and helping women thrive across the energy sector.

A proud Colorado native with Wyoming roots, she enjoys homesteading, gardening, hiking with her dog Freya, and baking—often alongside her children.

Known for her approachable and organized style, Clara focuses on creating inclusive, engaging experiences for remote members. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking and spending time with her family.
