The Women in Oil and Gas Association is a non-profit 501c (3) organization that was established in 2013 with the intention to provide various opportunities to mentor and encourage all women in the oil and gas industry.

Our Vision

Our goal is to enhance the energy community, develop and encourage our next generation of leaders, and support energy sector occupations. WOGA’s ambition is to build synergies with our colleagues through collaboration and collective intelligence to develop personal and professional skill-sets.

Kat Mann

President

Kat Mann grew up in Rock Island, IL, and eventually settled in the Denver area after spending time in Casper, WY. With over 25 years of active involvement in the Rockies Oil & Gas community, Kat has developed a deep connection to the industry and her peers. Outside of work, she embraces Colorado’s outdoor lifestyle. Depending on the season, you’ll find her road biking, mountain biking, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, golfing, or hiking. After an active day outdoors, Kat enjoys winding down with live music and a craft beverage from a local spot. Her passion for people, community, and the environment reflects in all aspects of her life and leadership.

Chris Prah

Vice President & Technical Luncheon Director

Chris Prah has embraced #RVlife, traveling the country with her wife and their playful rescue dog, Juniper. Living life on the road allows Chris to blend her passion for outdoor adventures with professional pursuits, whether it’s networking or running her consulting business. A biologist turned entrepreneur, she thrives on spontaneous adventures and meaningful business conversations. From the Gulf Coast to the Great Plains, she explores different communities, collecting unique finds like petrified wood and animal skulls as mementos. If you’re curious about RV life, entrepreneurship, or anything in between, Chris is always open for a chat.

Anna Thauberger

Secretary

Anna Thauberger is committed to empowering women in the workplace, inspired by the achievements of women across the oil and gas industry. Through her involvement in WOGA, she actively supports efforts to promote gender equality and create opportunities for women in energy. Anna values collaboration, mentorship, and community as essential drivers of progress, believing that meaningful change happens when people support each other’s growth. Her dedication reflects a passion for fostering inclusive environments where women can thrive personally and professionally, contributing to a stronger, more diverse energy sector.

Deanna Duell

Treasurer

With 25 years of experience, Deanna Duell offers specialized business and accounting consulting services to the upstream oil and gas sector. Her deep financial expertise plays a key role in helping companies navigate the complexities of the energy industry, ensuring they remain efficient and sustainable. Deanna’s involvement with WOGA reflects her passion for advancing the organization’s mission, where she supports growth and fosters financial stability. She is dedicated to empowering energy companies with strategic insights and helping them succeed in a dynamic market. Deanna’s commitment to professional excellence strengthens both WOGA and the industry she has served for decades.

Kelly Saucedo

Marketing Director and Support

Kelly Saucedo, a dedicated board member of the Women in Oil and Gas Association (WOGA), serves as the Marketing Director, helping to promote the organization’s mission and events. With over 20 years of experience in business development and leadership—more than 10 of those in the energy sector—Kelly is passionate about empowering women and fostering collaboration. As Vice President of Operations and Business Development at On Pointe Consulting LLC, a women-owned natural resource consulting firm, Kelly applies her expertise in relationship building to support WOGA initiatives. Her strategic leadership aligns with WOGA’s mission to mentor, uplift, and inspire the next generation of women in energy.

Jamie Dandar McKinney

Golf Clinic Advisor, Support

Jamie Dandar McKinney is an award-winning coach, speaker, and author of Speak Up, Sister!, dedicating her career to empowering women in leadership and fostering confidence in their abilities. Originally from Ohio, Jamie embraces Colorado’s mountains as her outdoor playground, enjoying activities that keep her connected to nature. In her personal life, she’s on a mission to find the perfect Brussels sprout dish, blending her love for good food with adventure. Guided by the mantras “I can. I will. I am.” and “Progress Over Perfection,” Jamie inspires women to overcome challenges, believe in themselves, and achieve their goals with resilience and determination.

Tien Do

Co-Director Lean In & Sponsorship Director

Tien Do, founder and CEO of InDZone Consulting, champions sustainable, safe, and affordable energy solutions. Born in a village without electricity, Tien developed a lifelong appreciation for the importance of energy access. Her expertise spans roles at E&P companies and service firms, including leadership positions at Nine Band Operating and Whiting Petroleum. With eight years of operations experience at SLB, Tien has managed complex stimulation projects across multiple U.S. basins. As a WOGA board member, she continues to support women in energy while advancing innovation in the industry.

Danielle Cook

Co-Director Lean In

Danielle Cook grew up across Texas, Louisiana, and Colorado, finally making Denver her home during college. With 16 years of experience in the oil and gas sector and a background in medical research, Danielle brings diverse insights to her role. As a member of WOGA for five years, she has found inspiration in the organization’s empowering community. Danielle is passionate about supporting other working moms and helping women grow professionally. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, running, yoga, skiing, and creating lasting memories with friends.

Journee Strother

Marketing Co-Director

Born and raised in Central Louisiana, Journee Strother now calls Houston, Texas, home. With a passion for supporting and empowering women, Journee actively contributes to WOGA’s mission of advancing opportunities for women in the energy sector. She enjoys fostering meaningful connections and learning from others in the industry, finding inspiration through collaboration. Outside of work, Journee spends her free time fishing, painting, reading, or attending live music events, where her enthusiasm for creativity and community shines. She also loves relaxing by the lake, embracing every opportunity to recharge and stay grounded in nature, balancing her professional life with personal fulfillment.

Saren Holland

Assistant to the Treasurer

Denver native Saren Holland is passionate about breaking gender stereotypes and empowering women to achieve their full potential. She believes in the importance of fostering supportive communities, and through WOGA, she embraces the networking opportunities that help women grow personally and professionally. Saren is committed to creating spaces where women can connect, thrive, and succeed. Outside of her professional work, she explores Colorado’s great outdoors with her two boys, enjoying activities like paddleboarding, camping, and dancing at music festivals. Her adventurous spirit often leads her to unique museums and unexpected discoveries, adding excitement, learning, and joy to her life journey.

Deborah Spoo Roe

Deborah “Debi” Spoo Roe brings her expertise and passion to support WOGA’s mission of professional growth and industry education.
