WOGA hopes you have a great and safe 4th of July! Enjoy the mid-week break and spending time with friends and family.

We are excited to welcome our new members! It is wonderful to see the interest and feel the energy around this organization – it’s our members that make that happen. We hope to see you at our July and August events.

LEAN IN CIRCLE LUNCH:  July Topic – “Posture and Confidence”

 A discussion on how our posture affects our mind, how that affects and influences your actions and, subsequently, how others perceive you when you appear more confident. Dr Amy Cuddy teaches leadership at Harvard, earned her PHD from Princeton University and has served on the faculties of Harvard Business School and Northwestern University. We will discuss some of the content from Cuddy’s NYT-bestselling book, Presence: Bringing Your Boldest Self to Your Biggest Challenges and watch a video as she further explains how your posture impacts your mind.
