29 Nov Lean-In 2018 – All the Info You Need!!
It’s time to start thinking about the New Year and what you’d like to accomplish in 2018! If one of your goals is to grow professionally, the 2018 WOGA Lean-In Circle program is focusing on “Savvy” Business Skills.
Overview
WOGA presents a new energizing Lean In annual program on topics of strategic aka “savvy” business skills! WOGA and Sterling Energy have formed an educational series of topics geared towards strengthening strategic occupational proficiencies, networking and team building, as well as personal advancement skills such as negotiating and taming emotions. This circle is scheduled to meet monthly on the second Tuesday of each month for the duration of 1.5 hours. Each session provides both individual reflection and group dialogues.
“Lean In Circles are small peer groups that meet regularly to learn and grow together, and they work—more than 85% of members are more likely to tackle a new challenge or opportunity” – https://leanin.org/partners
