WOGA is partnering with the Rocky Mountain Pipeliners Club (RMPC) for this year’s holiday party!!  This is a private event so RMPC has rented out the ENTIRE Denver Zoo!

DATE: November 20th
TIME: 5:00 pm – 9:30 pm
WHO:WOGA members receive club pricing and food and drinks are included with every ticket!!
COST: 
Standard Package: $50 – 2 Tickets
Family Package: $75 – 4 Tickets
Non-Members & walk ups : $50 – 1 Ticket

Sponsorship opportunities are filling up fast!!

  • Carousel Sponsor – $1,750
    • Set up your tent and table at the Carousel and give free rides to folks all evening long thanks to your sponsorship. Signage at the event. 4 Tickets included.
  • Tent Sponsor – $1,250
    • Set up your tent and table at one of 7 spots around the park and greet folks on their tour of the park. 2 Tickets included.
  • Banner Sponsors – $500
    • Banner sponsors will have their logos featured together on several 4’x8’ banners placed around the park. 1 Ticket included.
  • Raffle Sponsors – $200
    • Donate some money to the Pipeliners’ famous raffle, or provide a prize on your own – prizes to be mailed out to the winners after the event. Come and help us draw winners and run the raffle table at the exit of the park.

 

This year, we are proud to be supporting the Food Bank of the Rockies. $2 from every ticket sold will go to support folks in need this year.
