28 Jun LEAN-IN JULY 2021: Navigating Negotiations
June was a great month full of in-person events and several new members! But you know we always have something coming up. Please join us for our July Lean In where Cindi Fukami will give us tips on navigating negotiation!
Negotiation is an important life skill we use on a daily basis. Still, many are reluctant negotiators and prefer to avoid conflict. In this session, we will cover some basic tools and approaches, build skills in a negotiating exercise, and discuss negotiation best practices. You can become a more effective negotiator!

She earned her B.A. in Psychology and her M.A. in Organizational Behavior from the University of Illinois and her Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
